Posted - 18/02/2011 : 22:44:53 From the log, there is no error we can find. Your error "The website declined to show this webpage" may relate to the permission issue.
Can you try to reinstall CMS3 by using administrator a/c or install in another pc?
Thanks & Regards,

Posted - 16/02/2011 : 19:30:12 Can you post the server logs in this post or email to us?
To collect server logs, you need to do the following 1. Navigate to the CMS3 installation folder (e.g. C:\CMS3\) 2. Go into C:\CMS3\Tomcat\logs3. Find the catalina and localhost logs which name contains the date you encounter the problem. E.g. if you find the problem on 16/02/2011, you need to find localhost.2011-02-16.log and catalina.2011-02-16.log 4. You can either send the above logs to cms3@mobigator.com or post all contents directly to this post.
