i am a novice user i have installed cms according to the instruction manual, after completing when i try to start the apache tomcat service in the services pane i get an error message which reads:Windows could not start Apache tomcat cms3 on local computer.For more information review the system event log.If this is a non microsoft service contact the service vendor, and refer to the service specific error code 0."
i have included a screen shot also for reference  ,kindly help me guys

Thanks for your post.
Could you please post/email us the server log so that we can understand more about the problem?
The server log files are in C:\Program Files\CMS3\Tomcat\logs.
