Hi, I don't know French, but I can probably guess your question.

CMS was designed to allow internationalization easily using a dictionary. The interface already supports English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese for the users in the greater China.

So, all it takes is for someone to translate the dictionary into French and you can have a French CMS.

Hi,
translate file "message.properties" in folder Tomcat/webapps/CMS3/WEB-INF/grails-app/i18n and restart Apache+MYSQL.
