Changes:

• "Encounter Date" is changed to the date the consultation is started.
• Nurses have the permission to print patient label by default.
• Date format of "End Date" in making weekly recurring appointment is changed to the system default.
• Longer Email fields in Inventory / Supplier.
• Allow deletion of backup file

Bug fixes:

• Previous consultation is not loaded when an empty previous episode is double clicked.
• Some area (e.g. default advisory / instruction in admin inventory item) will be hidden. if user chooses to use "Very Large" font size.
• Missing Calendar Resource in Admin.
• Grid does not show the newly created record in Request / Delivery if "Show All" is not already clicked in the page.
• Multiple clicks to the "RX" icon open up multiple windows.
• Drug drop down list will overlap confirmation window of duplicate drug.
• If MySQL is listening on port other than 3306, backup cannot be completed.
• Cannot use the code {{assessment}} in invoice.
• Cant make recurring appointments, if "End Date" is entered.
